Mrs Tan-Kang Cheah Kheng is a trained and qualified teacher from the Singapore Teachers’ Training College. She has obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge. She has taught English Language, Literature, Buddhist Studies and Moral Education in Singapore government secondary schools for 35 years. She also mentored trainee teachers, set up and managed KipMcgrath Worldwide Education Centre.
